Nutrition and Longevity

We invite you to attend The Longevity Toolkit presentation on Thursday, September 15th, from 4pm-6pm at our Jackson Square location.

Our new resident Registered Dietitian, Brittany Kearney, will be discussing current research and recommendations in the field of nutrition and longevity. She will be focusing on actionable steps to extend lifespan and optimize health span so you can live longer, healthier lives, turn back your biological age, and take a preventative approach to reduce your risk of disease.

Brittany will present from 4pm-5pm. We will be serving Blue Zone, centenarian approved appetizers during the Q&A session from 5pm-6pm.

Brittany Kearney is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a bachelors of science in Genetics from UC Davis. She completed her dietetic internship at Napa State Hospital.

Brittany specializes in the fields of nutrigenomics and epigenetics, how our genes determine what nutrients we should consume and how we can modify our gene expression (and even our biological age) through lifestyle and nutrition modifications. She incorporates genetics into her recommendations so they are truly unique to each patient and are focused on optimizing function of the body.

She is also very involved in the field of functional medicine, focusing on addressing the root cause of disruption in the body instead of treating symptoms, and deep diving through advanced personalized testing with the goal of extending health-span and longevity.
