Start the New Year with a radical dose of climate optimism! We’re kicking off 2024 with a lively panel discussion exploring how three experts—an entrepreneur, scientist, and policy maker—would spend $100 billion to fight climate change.

Sarah Golden, VP of Energy at media and events company Greenbiz, and Interim Executive Director at VERGE, will moderate.

Our speakers:

·       David Hochschild, Chair of California Energy Commission

·       Jane Woodward, Stanford University Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering

·       Dave Welch, CEO of NosTerra, a community that catalyzes entrepreneurial problem-solving.

What insights and action-oriented proposals will they share? Which startups, innovative technology, or policy initiatives would they invest in?

As always, we encourage audience participation!

Light refreshments will be served.
