Join us for an informational evening with Tania Laden, the Co-Founder and Executive Director of LivelyHoods
LivelyHoods is a non-profit whose mission is to create livelihoods for youth in urban slums. They train unemployed youth and women in slum communities to sell life-changing products, like solar lamps and clean burning cookstoves, so they can earn an honest living. Not only do they earn a living, but they also gain valuable skills for a lifetime of employment, such as professionalism, teamwork, sales, and customer service. Through a daily consignment model, they provide a risk-free opportunity to gain professional skills and work experience.
