Reset your mind and body this new year with the mindful action of breathwork.

CANOPY is delighted to welcome meditation and yoga coach Hillary Easom to Menlo Park to guide us through a breath-centric flow with attention to alignment to build strength, stability, and stillness of mind. In addition, we will explore ways to support ourselves to reduce stress within the workplace and improve mental health.
