Journey with us into the heart of the Amazon basin. On September 12, CANOPY Menlo Park and BluePointe Capital Management will screen We Are Guardians, a film that follows the indigenous Tenetehara guardians of the Amazon as they fend off loggers and invaders in in one of the world’s most disrupted and threatened regions.
Following the showing, we’ll co-host a thought-provoking Q&A session led by the film’s director and producer, Chelsea Greene.
We Are Guardians, which premiered at Hot Docs in Toronto in May, is produced by Highly Flammable, with Leonardo DiCaprio and his studio Appian Way Productions as executive producers.
