Join us as Catherine Sandoval leads us in a talk about Closing the Native American Reservations Electricity Access Gaps. Catherine is an avid researcher and her work involving energy, telecommunications, antitrust, and contract issues is held in high esteem. She has conducted extensive case studies on the Yurok Tribe and identified ways to help narrow the electricity access gaps that exist. Catherine is a former CPUC commissioner and currently a tenured member of the Santa Clara University School of Law. She will share her perspective on the lack of access to electricity for Native American Reservations along with how we can cultivate an infrastructure to resolve these issues.
